The Engagement Process
The most important part of this project is engaging with the public and stakeholders to gain a deep and authentic understanding of Jarrell. We know that people want to be involved, and want their voice to count. We take a “roll your sleeves up” approach, whether that means walking around town or talking to business owners, young families, retirees, minority groups and more. Our goal is to learn what makes Jarrell tick — what are the commonalities, and what are the differences? The more people we talk to, the better! What does Jarrell have to those passing through? What are the issues facing Jarrell in the next few years? How do residents feel about living there? These are just some of the questions we’ll seek to answer through the engagement process.
We want to hear every voice in the community. The best decisions aren’t made in a vacuum, and that’s especially true for branding projects. It’s important to hear from you about why you love living and working in Jarrell. Without true, meaningful engagement, the project will not be representative of the whole community and won’t be a success.
The branding project is split into 3 main phases.
Phase I – Research & Public Engagement
Learning all about what makes Jarrell different from other places.
Phase II – Identity & Testing
Developing the brand strategy and designing and testing the brand identity. This is the phase we are in now.
Phase III – Launch & Implementation
Putting the brand into the real world.
